The International Food Fair

The International Food Fair was organized by Form two students on the 7Th of December in 2007. During the food fair, we could learn the sportsmanship when we faced on different problems. Teamwork when we discussing with other group mates. And also the leadership to lead the whole group to be concentrated on the same work. Although I am not the leader in the group, but I also wanted us to do our best on everything. The Food Fair was a meaningful event, because the money that we earned in the Food Fair, we will all donated to the charity. We learned these few things now, maybe it will be useful when we grew up.
Teacher asked us to hold a Food Fair, because they wanted us to learn more besides reading books. Now is life education time, we should learn how to be a useful person in the world. During the Food Fair, we all felt happy.but something happened that made us felt angry and disappointed. And we had arguments, some of us even got into troubles. But at last, Me Woo helped us to solve the problems. That made our Food Fair more joyful, colourful and no tears anymore. We just had a good and unforgettable memories for my whole life.

Food Fair feedback

First, I think that The International Food Fair gave me an unforgettable experience in my life. I hopefully proud of what I have done for this Food Fair. Especially on the preparation, I have put many effort of thinking how to get others attraction to come to our store. This make me feels happy about that. But something happen that makes me feels mad and angry. Recently why I get angry of something happen is. I am very disappointed and resentful of the Food Fair arrangement. Why some of our schoolmates can have a superior place for there store? But we can't?It cause unfair to others.
At here, I really need to thanks for Mr.Woo's helps. You are the most rationally and reasonable teacher that I found in my life. When we face on different problems, you will immediately help us to strive for the best benefits. You always want us to be good, to be the best class in the form. You had done so much for 2R.
In conclusion, I felt thankful for your contributions. You make our Food Fair successfully, joyful and also colourful. And I also appreciate that your life attitude.Your life full of enthusiastic and aspiration. You will be a good example for me to learned from when I grow up.

The most famous food in United kingdom is fish and chips.Thats mean it need to use many oil to deep fry the fish fingers and the chips. It's sounds unhealthy and terrible. An individual reflection of fiming 2

This time I think I improve more than the previous one. I get more well prepare for both of the script, storyboard and also the video. We put more effort and time to prepare the whole project. We share the work and use our best to finish our work. In all respects, our quality is highly promoted. And we also develop our team spirit and the sportsmanship. But I think our time management still can't holding well, so I hope we can do it better next time!

What I have learned in making an advertisement for the food fair

To be preparing well for the food fair, I think the most important thing that we need to do is, discussing with our group mates instead of arguing on different opinion. During discussion, I learn how to get along with my group mates, and try to listen to others. And the most important thing that I learn is the team working with each others.
On the filming part, I consider that some of our group mates don't know any knowledge about filming a video(including me). So we face on a problem on nobody know how to combine the video together. Maybe our time management is not well, so we don't have enough time to learn how to combine the video together, so our filming production is poor. So I hope we can do it better next time.

A modle verb(extra credit)

This is an example of modal verb-"could". The whole sentence of this example is "Could you also pick my apples in the autumn?". I pick this example from the story book" The Giraffe and th Pelly and Me". It was written by Roald Dahl and published by PUFFIN. The reason why this sentence use "could" is because the Duke is asking the little boy to pick the apples for him.

Questions about picky eater

When I was small, I am a picky eater. But I am not in a serious condition, I just hate some of them. But the most i hated is--DURION. Wow,durion is the most smelly food in the world.I hate that terrible smell.But I always don't know why some people like to eat very much.I remember when I was eight,I went to a supermarket with my mum. When we are walking pass the fruit store, I suddenly screamed, and quickly made a detour to the cashier to paid. Why I quickly fled? It is because I saw some durion full of a shelf, at that time I want to fell down.
Unfortunately,nowadays I still can't accept that horrible smell,maybe I will try it once oneday.

My commentary about kids who are picky eaters

I think it will have a serious problem, if the kids choose whatever they like instead of eating healthy food. They may become unhealthy and easy to get sick. If their parents still don't stop them eating "Rubbish" everyday, their children may become a "Serious Problem Picky Eaters".

I suggested the parents who have a "fussy eater" at home, you may add something to their meal. For example, you can add some ketchup to their rice, then they will full of curiosity to find out why the rice is different from before?It may encourage them to eat more. Parents can also add some mixed beans to their meal, become more colourful,it can also gave them a good apprtite to eat.Its another way to train them to have a good eating habit.

The ninth wonder of the world

If I need to choose a place in Hong Kong to be the ninth wonder of the world,I would like to choose The Peak. The Peak is one of the most famous place in Hong Kong. It is really convenient to reach the peak.At about seven minutes,riding the Peak Tram is the quickest and most scenic way to arrive at The Peak. At the peak there is a Waxworks museum,there are over 100 local and international celebrity wax figures such as Jackie Chan and David Backham etc. It all looks like lively and eye-catching.
And the peak tower is bringing to you a 360-degree spectacular,a panoramic view of the whole city of Hong Kong,probably the best view in town. The fine view of the Victoria harbour has helped Hong Kong become a world famous tourist centre.
That's why I choose the Peak to be the ninth wonder of the world in Hong Kong.

I remember every time when the teacher ask me to introduce myself,I will always tell them my hobby is playing with my friends or even sleeping. But when I came to Methodist college,I've got some changes by myself,that is when I still is a primary school student, I hate to read books very much,and I think it was boring and difficult. But when i grow up I started to know the importance of reading. Reading can build up our knowledge and also can bring us fun and joy during reading. I love reading now. And I promised myself that I need to finished two books per month.I think one year later, my English will improve a lot.
